There is no requirement to pinch the tip of the nose. An experienced rhinoplasty surgeon should be able to adjust technique to obtain the results you desire. Look for the surgeon’s examples to all look different from each other (but still attractive and balanced).

Injecting filler will bring up low areas. It will always make the nose larger. For your nose, it has no value. Your nose has excess cartilage and bone in the bridge and the tip of your nose does not project enough. It looks as if you really would benefit from a breast reduction. You will not get rid of all of the stretch marks, but the areolas will be smaller, and the shape should improve as well. No one can guarantee any cup size, as there is no industry standard for measuring a cup. You will, however benefit from the decrease in weight on your chest, back, neck and shoulders. You should definitely set up a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon to discuss this.

It is important to keep them from not drying out, but ointments like neosporin and bacitracin don’t really deliver the antibiotic, and often, as it appears from your photos can cause contact dermatitis. It does appear you are bottoming out. The reason this occurs is the implant slides behind the Scarpa’s fascia at the fold. This is often in relation to the action of the strong muscle squeezing the implant down and outward.
