This patient is a mother of three who would like to improve the appearance of her breast, due to loss of fullness and some sagging. She currently wears a B cup and would like to become a D cup. The doctor has decided to use silicone implants for best results. He chose to use 421cc implant on the left and 397cc implant on the right to correct slight asymmetry. Implants were placed subglandular using the inframammary approach.
