This patient is a 27 year old mother of two who would like to pursue breast augmentation. She previously wore a B cup bra and wished to attain a D cup if possible. She would like to restore the fullness and achieve a more youthful appearance to the breast. Chose an inframammary subfascial approach using 350cc silicone gel filled implants.
