This patient is a 50 year old woman who wished to pursue breast augmentation. She is a mother of two and would like to improve the appearance of her breasts after pregnancy and childbirth. She was previously a B cup and wishes to attain a C cup. The doctor decided to use saline implants for the best results, he used 350cc implants to obtain the desired C cup size.
