I agree with the others about genetics rather than age being a factor, so don't worry there! I would recommend a combination of plasma IQ, Morpheus 8, (a higher tech kind of radio-frequency microneedling) and then an injection of nanofat. For this we take a small amount of fat from your abdomen, process it, then inject it back into your eye area, which optimizes healing, helps to produce more collagen and just really gives a nice rejuvenation effect.

Thank you for the question. In your case, filler will not make your profile look better. When placing any filler in the soft tissues of the nose, it necessarily makes it larger. In select cases, this can hide a bump or create better symmetry. This is done by making the nose larger in the deficient areas though, not reducing size. There is no way to actually reduce the nose, but a surgery.

The nose does change through out life and could have continued growing through puberty. Sometimes changes with puberty can continue longer than expected if you were a late bloomer. Generally this would be done before you are 20 years old though.

You were correctly told that a septo-rhinoplasty would help straighten your nose as well as help you breathe. This is commonly covered by insurance when done for breathing reasons, though each insurance is different. I recommend to patients to refrain from alcohol consumption completely 7 days prior to your surgery and 2 weeks postoperatively.  I also recommend refraining from all diet supplements, vitamins and homeopathic remedies unless expressly approved by me.  This is because most have unintended effects that can interact with anesthesia, and thin the blood.  I also recommend no NSAIDS, like aspirin, ibuprofen or aleve 2 weeks preop.

Wound care after rhinoplasty is an important part of the procedure and important to prevent issues.  I recommend cleaning all the incisions with a q-tip dipped in peroxide to dissolve and remove the crusts.
