This great patient is now 9 months out from her rhinoplasty. She was found to have a severely deviated septum, nasal valve obstruction and enlarged turbinates. She had a lifelong history of difficulty breathing, sleeping and working out. She underwent an open septorhinoplasty to repair her septum and open up her nasal valves, as well as improve the external appearance. She is now almost a year out and breathing so well.
