This patient had a long history of nasal obstruction from a severely internal and externally deviated septum. She underwent a minor rhinoplasty to improve the cosmetic appearance while waiting to undergo a larger surgery to improve underlying structure of the nose. She is now over 1 year out from minor rhinoplasty.
