Unfortunately, there isn’t a non-surgical option to correct asymmetry of the nostrils. What you have here will likely require a revision rhinoplasty. You need to work with a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience performing revision rhinoplasty procedures to ensure there is no more asymmetry.
