Rhinoplasty + Facial Fat Grafting: This 31-year-old patient underwent a revision rhinoplasty utilizing a closed (scarless) technique for nasal reshaping that included refinement of a large, wide nose with a bulbous, plunging nasal tip. The patient elected for facial fat grafting of her cheeks, underneath her eyes and into her lips.
