This 37-year-old patient underwent a closed (scarless) rhinoplasty nasal reshaping that included refinement of an over-projected nose with a prominent nasal spine and long nostrils. The patient also underwent placement of a chin implant for profile balancing and Stellar fat grafting of her cheeks, temples, underneath her eyes, and her lips.
