It is completely safe to have rhinoplasty after turbinate surgery. The turbinates are outgrowths of bone on the sides of the nose that are covered by nasal lining (mucosa). You are a good candidate for rhinoplasty and a conservative lip lift. You did a great job with your pictures. I think the goals for your rhinoplasty would be hump reduction and narrowing of the nasal tip. You can see on your head on view that your nasal tip is somewhat wider than your bridge. In the right hands, HA filler can correct asymmetries post rhinoplasty albeit temporarily. It carries very little risk and is fine to do even 4 months postop. More permanent correction can be achieved with revision rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting and/or repeat osteotomies. Hope this helps!
