Before: This patient was concerned about a bump on the bridge of the nose and the tip projecting or sticking out too much. She was unhappy with the overall size of the nose. After: An open rhinoplasty technique was used to reduce the size of the nose and to recontour the nasal tip. A much more delicate nose was created.
