It best to have your nose examined in person so the cartilage and bone can be examined and felt by the doctor. Rasping of the bony bump and careful lowering of the cartilaginous bump may be necessary. There is a lot of discussion of “nonsurgical rhinoplasty” and use of fillers to camouflage nasal deformities but the results are temporary and often add volume to the nose and are not helpful for “reduction rhiniplasty”.
