Before:
- This patient did not like the bump on his bridge, as well as the long and droopy tip.
- Patient was diagnosed with deviated septum.
After:
- Using the closed technique approach Dr. Tobias smoothed the bump and repaired the droopy tip.
- The deviated septum was excised.
