You seem to have thick skin which is a challenge to treat. 
You need to see a specialist rhinoplasty Surgeon with experience of treating your kind of skin. Revision rhinoplasty is very challenging and does not always provide everything that you are looking for.
What are the issues and recommended solutions for the outcome of my rhinoplasty?

 The pictures do not demonstrate an inverted V deformity. In any case it takes 12 months to make any judgement on the outcome of a rhinoplasty. This allows time for swelling inside and outside the nose to improve.

Yes this can improve the middle vault of the nose and narrow the area you have asked for. The breathing is a complex issue which involves the septum, turbinates and upper lateral cartilages. You clearly need to see a specialist Rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss these issues.

Revision rhinoplasty is highly complex and not advisable for at least one year after the primary Surgery. You should allow time for any swelling to reduce and then go and discuss your views with the surgeon concerned. 
Your surgeon should offer you advice on what is realistically possible and the best steps forward. 
Fillers after rhino and before revision. Is this dangerous?

Fillers are safe to use after surgery but as with all things it depends on the specialist undertaking the procedure. You need to contact your surgeon or a specialist rhinoplasty surgeon to offer fillers as appropriate without damaging the skin.  
Will my nose change 5 months after open rhinoplasty?

It it is easy to feel despondent as the recovery takes place but this does take time. No rhinoplasty surgeon would consider revision before one year has passed due to the contraction of scar tissue. You clearly need assessment by your surgeon and some reassurance. Safe to say that these issues are treatable in the long-term.
Can I have rhinoplasty only for shaping? I don’t have any breathing problems.

You would most certainly benefit from a rhinoplasty performed by an expert surgeon. Your skin type is such that it may be rather thick and therefore specialist assessment is required to get a good result.
