Asian rhinoplasty is challenging as the skin is thick and greasy. The end of the nose is the most difficult to slim out and make them. We use skin treatments and specialist techniques to make the nose smaller. This lady had multiple problems with the nose in terms of a large bulbous tip of the nose as well as bumps on the top of the nose. Her nose was dripping which is very common with Indian skin. This is challenging to improve as swelling is significant after surgery. This patient had realistic expectations and so was very happy with this open rhinoplasty result.
