Thank you for your question & photos. It is best to have an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what procedures you would benefit from based on your goals. A small chin implant could be what you are looking for to give yourself a slightly stronger side profile while a rhinoplasty could bring some balance to your overall appearance.
