This patient’s goal was to freshen her look and reverse the inevitable signs of aging. She wanted to appear as she felt internally which was happy and content. The corners of her mouth and her low brows caused her to look angry. A browlift, upper blepharoplasty and lower facelift helped to reverse these signs of aging. Her nose also sharpened with age, so Dr. Mentz softened the tip for a more elegant, youthful look.
