24 year old woman treated with Rhinoplasty, shown 4 months post op. Patient wanted to refine her nasal tip and dorsum. She had rhinoplasty to reduce the bump, placed spreader grafts to preserve her airway, trimmed her nasal tip cartilages and supported with tip grafts for better definition.
