Patient wanted the shape of her nose changed. She didn’t like her bump, which was most obvious in her profile view. And, she didn’t like the way the tip of her nose seemed to point downwards. The doctor gently smoothed the angle of the slope of her nose and refined the tip to a delicate shape.
