Your tip can be narrowed by reducing the width of the tip cartilages and tip refining sutures. You can also benefit from narrowing of the nostrils.
To De-Rotate (turn down) the tip, you will likely need a caudal septum extension graft (from your own septum cartilage or rib), and then reposition the tip cartilages onto the graft.
