This patient wished to have a highly refined and narrowed nasal tip. This sytlized result is technically challenging and requires advanced rhinoplasty skill. Note also the increased nostril symmetry and straightening of the nose post surgery. This rhinoplasty was performed using a Closed Approach Scar-less rhinoplasty technique.
