This patient wished to remove a dorsal hump and shorten the tip for a natural looking result. The surgery was performed using a Closed Mini Dissection Scar-less technique. Initial results can be seen at 2 weeks post surgery, and final results can take up to 12-18 months. The goal is a natural looking but noticeable result.
