22 year old man who had a nasal injury which left him with a dorsal hump and severe breathing problems. He also started snoring and having sinus infections. A septorhinoplasty procedure with turbinoplasties was performed. His breathing was returned to normal, snoring completely ceased and there was an improvement in external appearance including symmetry.
