This is a 70 year old female. She had a history of breast surgery one year ago which is a revision of a 30 year old surgery with bilateral implant exchange with 360 SRM implants. She presented to Dr. Unger in hopes of correcting her severe "bottoming out" as she had very lateralized breasts on both sides with severe pseudoptosis. By performing an Aries-Pitanguy style mastopexy with Galaflex reinforcement and 360 cc Cohesive Soft touch gel implants, Dr. Unger was able to give the patient the look she desired and the patient is happier than ever with her results.
