The patient had an original augmentation with 270 cc saline implants in 1998 in the subglandular plane. Since this time, patient has had two children and lost some breast volume and ended up with very little soft tissue cover over her implants and an unnatural appearing result. Dr. Unger decided to use 330 cc Soft touch implants placed in an new Dual Plane position behind her muscle to give her an elegant decolletage and natural appearring breast shape.
