This 34 y/o male had previous nasal trauma that left him with a reverse “C” shaped deformity. He was concerned about his twisted nose, hump and his ability to breath. Besides the twisted nose, he had asymmetry of his nasal tip, a hanging columella, and slight dorsal hump. He underwent an open rhinoplasty with reconstruction of his septum. He had dorsal rasping of the hump, medial, lateral and an intermediate osteotomies, spreader grafts, right lateral crura fold-over graft, columellar strut and tip sutures.
