Patient underwent a lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with skin pinch excision, fat transfer to the midface, upper blepharoplasty and browlift. This yields a natural result without a surprised look. The upper eyelid crease can be seen and the brows are no longer pushing the eyelids down. They are in a natural position and shape for a male. The lower lid bags are improved with a better transition to the cheeks and midface.
