This beautiful patient wanted to have a more fresh look to her eyes. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty in the office under local anesthesia. Only skin was removed to help maintain the full brow. This is associated with a more youthful eye and is consistent with her look. You can see the upper crease is visible and without a double crease after surgery.
