This patient had significant nasal obstruction from a septal deviation that is especially visible from the side view. She also had a prominent dorsal hump (bump on the bridge of the nose) and mild tip bulbosity (fullness of the tip) and columellar show (excess visibility of the area of skin in the middle between the nostrils). These issues were corrected with an open rhinoplasty and septoplasty (septorhinoplasty).
