Although closed rhinoplasty can be useful and some surgeons only use this technique, open rhinoplasty is considered by some to be more powerful and is used more commonly when tip refinement is needed.
Also, be thorough when considering options for esthetic changes. Based on your pictures, consider narrowing the tip, deprojection (bringing the tip in toward the face), and lowering of the bridge.

Based on your pictures, an open rhinoplasty would likely be beneficial to narrow and refine your tip. Conservative trimming of the cartilage, tip sutures, a stabilizing graft (called a septal extension graft), and possibly a tip graft would likely be useful. Alar base reduction (nostril reduction) could be considered. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in rhinoplasty to discus your options. Good luck.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty involves injecting filler into the nose to camouflage imperfections. A bulbous tip can be made to look more pointy with filler but not smaller. Filler injection is not permanent. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced with both non-surgical and surgical rhinoplasty to see which option is best for you. Good luck.
