This is a 35 year old mother of two who felt that her breasts had involuted after pregnancy and was interested in breast augmentation with silicone implants. She was 5’8” tall and weighed 120 lb. Her breast diameter was 10 cm and she underwent sub muscular breast augmentation with 275 cc high profile silicone implants though an inframammary fold incision.
