This patient had her first rhinoplasty at age 15. The first procedure removed too much cartilage from the nose and over time her nose began to twist and collapse. her revision rhinoplasty was done using ear cartilage and temporalis fascia to rebuild the cosmetic and functional aspects of her nose.
