Her three-quarter before view shows the outline of her tip cartilages too starkly. When the skin is thin like this, the changes made to the cartilages can easily be seen after surgery, but the disadvantage is that inevitable asymmetries will also be clearly seen. When the skin is thicker, the thicker skin hides some of the post-surgery problems, but on the other hand thicker skin hides some of the improvements, too.
