This is an Asian patient who wanted to add some lengthto her nose. We perform this by providing her with cartilage grafts to the nasal tip from her ear to the nasal tip and columella. This was done under local anesthesia in approximately one hour. No external incisions of the nose were required as we used and endonasal approach for this rhinoplasty. She healed in less than one week.
