This is a young woman who was noticing the tip of her nose dropping. I used a cartilage graft as a strut to hold up the e-mail. This improved the position of the tip by elevating it ever so slightly. It looks perfectly natural and no one can tell she’s had surgery. Sometimes the smallest changes can be the most challenging and this was no exception.
