This 33-year-old Dallas mother of 5 children came in wanting a “Mommy Makeover.” Although she recently lost 40 pounds, she desired assistance in reshaping her body which she felt had been stretched beyond return from the multiple pregnancies. Due to the weight loss she had excess skin to be dealt with, but she also still had some localized fat and a separation of the central abdominal muscles. A full abdominoplasty removed the excess skin and allowed us to return her stomach to a very flat smooth plane.
