Part of our pre-op planning is for patients to select pictures of patient outcomes they like and don’t like so that those pictures can be used as a starting point for reaching personal surgical decision. This 34-year-old Dallas woman did that and it was determined that although she wasn’t completely unhappy with the shape of her 34B breasts, she wanted more fullness and projection. She also had a slight asymmetry, and a 350ccs implant on the right side and a 325ccs implant on the left side corrected that difference and attained the small D cup size increase she desired. The inframammary fold incision size allowed for placement of the Mentor moderate profile plus implants under the muscle. The patient is now thrilled with the shape and size of her breasts.
