Thank you for your question.  Your concern is one that I have with many of my patients who want their gauge earlobes closed.  The good news is that it is a quick in-office procedure that is relatively painless and patients can go back to work the same day.  The price depends on the size and difficulty of the closure but ranges from 650-1200.  Good luck.

Thank you for your question.  Depending on the type of rhinoplasty done, it typically takes about 6 months to a year for a majority of the swelling to go down.  However, the nose can still have small changes for many years after surgery.  In terms of the tip of the nose, it could be scar or cartilage grafting that was placed and this gives the nose a more solid feeling then before surgery.  I would visit your surgeon to make sure your healing is going well.  Good luck.
I have been told my cast wont come off until 8 weeks after my surgery.. Just wondering why?

Thanks for the excellent question. I agree that at times lip injections can be uncomfortable as the lips are quite sensitive. I would likely not do the same in one sitting or too close together because you will have swelling from the dental procedure which could make it difficult to get the desired result. There are numerous ways to make the procedure less painful and often my patients experience little to no pain.
Is tea tree oil good for age spots?

That is a good question. I have found that the Miami Peel which has no down time and doesn't peal and burn the skin can safely and easily lighten sun spots in as little as 2-3 sessions spaced 1 month apart.

Thank you for the question. I have not done this with my patients as I feel the product has a enough Lidocaine already. However, I do routinely use topical lidocaine prior to the procedure which helps patients.

Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to have a rhinoplasty (nose job) and facelift at the same time, however this needs to be evaluated further with an in office consultation by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
