This young lady had a rhinoplasty ("nose reshaping'). She had a nasal bump, droopy and wide nasal tip, and was not able to breath well through her nose. She underwent rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. You can see how she no longer has a nasal bump and her tip is no longer droopy or wide.
