Based on your single photo it is difficult to determine whether or not you're a good candidate for liposuction and in particular a Brazilian Butt Lift. When performing the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure the surgeon has to have enough fat to be able to augment the buttocks to achieve a pleasing result. Based on your to photos it appears that you have a prominent abdomen with a significant amount of excess skin and fat. Performing liposuction in this situation will not help solve the issue of the prominence of your abdomen and will probably lead to more hanging skin. Based on the small amount of information given, a tummy tuck with muscle tightening would be her best option. I would recommend losing weight as this will help with the overall result.

Based on your photos it appears that you has some abdominal wall laxity which is weakness of the abdominal muscles. You also have some excess fat which also adds to the prominence of your abdomen. If you're looking to just reduce the fat and are willing to accept some bulging of your abdomen which again is due to the muscle weakness then liposuction is amenable. If you're looking to truly tighten and flattened your abdomen then the tummy tuck procedure would be the better option....
