This patient has what is known as tubular breasts. She wanted a breast augmentation to improve the shape of her breasts. Because she is under 22 years old, her only option was saline implants. Under FDA guidelines, in order to have silicone gel implants, one must be a minimum of 22 years old. This patient's case the doctor used Natrelle Moderate Profile 270 cc implants filled to 310 cc.
