56 year old woman desiring facial rejuvenation and nasal shaping. I began with neck liposuction and performed a face and neck lift with plication of the SMAS (muscle layer of the face) and platysma (neck muscle). I also did upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and a closed rhinoplasty (closed means scars are all hidden inside the nostrils). This resulted in removing the dorsal hump and smoothing the eyelids.
