This patient was unhappy with the extra skin of her upper eyelids and the crepey skin of her lower eyelids. She felt she always look tired and was looking for a simple, quick, in office procedure without a lot of town time to freshen up her appearance. The patient had an upper eyelid procedure to remove the access skin and a TCA chemical peel to her lower lids to improve the texture of her skin. This procedure was performed in office under light local sedation and the patient now has a natural, fresh, youthful appearance.
