Hello, thank you for your question. Anatomically, the legs are separated from the trunk by the inguinal ligaments and transition of fascia so a tummy tuck will not "lift" your thighs. Sometimes you get a little improvement to the front of the thighs and the mons with a low incision because you are suturing together a gap in tissue and there is some advancement of the skin of the thighs. But this will not give you the appearance you are describing when you pull up with your hands. - Dr. Leong

Thank you for your question. I find most of my patients tolerate liposuction and BBL well. They compare the discomfort to being sore after an intensive workout and generally find the liposuction areas more uncomfortable than the buttocks which typically are not painful. Urine in itself if dribbled on the suture line after labiaplasty will not delay your healing or cause complications. Urine is sterile coming out of your body. However, I do ask my patients to keep the area clean after urinating by gently rinsing with a perineal wash bottle or shower and just patting dry. Yes! There is a huge variation in how our labia look and they will change with age, trauma, childbirth, menopause etc etc. That being said, even normal can make someone uncomfortable or self conscious. Absolutely! This is a very common concern among my vaginal rejuvenation patients. The labia minora become hypertrophic (stretched out and elongated and some have quite a lot of excess tissue) which can make it very uncomfortable to fit into underwear, bathing suits, or leggings.
