Hello, I do think you’re a good candidate for a deep plane face and neck lift to correct your concerns with jowls and neck laxity based on your photos. Facetite and Morpheus8 can help with skin laxity but it will not do much to treat your jowls, which is more on the deeper tissue under the skin.

Hello! Your face is distorted after your facelift is a result of the facelift technique done by your surgeon where the work is done primarily by excessive pull on the skin. This creates an unnatural wind swept appearance and is a very typical stigmata of superficial facelift techniques. This can be corrected with a revision facelift surgery using a deep plane technique to elevate and reposition the deeper tissue and release excessive tension on the skin. See my link below.

Hello,
I do not think fillers and PDO threads treatments would interfere with you having FFS. In my experience, any filler in the area of dissection at time of surgery would get washed out and would not affect result of your FFS surgery.

Hi, Bone contouring by shaving is adequate in most cases to soften the brow ridge prominance. If the frontal sinus is enlarge with thin bone (need CT imaging for evaluation), then a frontal sinus osteotomy may be needed to reshape the forehead and brow bone. A brow would would enhance and further feminize the shape of you brows.
