Asian woman with single eyelid (monolid) with down pointing eyelashes underwent Asian blepharoplasty with the incisional technique giving a crisp and permanent lasting double eyelid fold. Lower eyelid bags corrected with transconjunctival blepharoplasty with no visible scar.
