This is a 30 year old female with a history of nasal trauma and compromise of the nasal airway. An open septorhinoplasty , radix augmentation right temple graft and morsolized septal cartilage, dorsal hump reduction, tip rhinoplasty with cephalic trim and dome projection adjustment, collumellar strut graft, infra tip graft, weir section and turbinate reduction were performed for the patient.
