Thanks for your question and your photos. I'm not able to see really well your cheeks before and after. When addressing the undereye hollowness, many times you DO need to first add support and foundation to the cheek so that you don't wind up looking convex. Other times, just treating the undereye is sufficient. I can see the hollowness that you're talking about, so I would definitely want to put filler there, but I just can't tell if I would also need to treat the cheek or where...

I'm sure if you ask 10 of us, you may get 10 different ideas! From my perspective, a tiny bit of toxin can help smooth the component that is from the muscle. I would also have you start a combination of SkinMedica's TNS Eye Repair to help tighten that skin and get new skin growing faster and Skin Better's Lines cream to help plump of that skin. Hi there. Thanks for your question and photos. Depending on the product, amount, and placement, you may be "lumpy, bumpy" for about 2 weeks after injections. If you still are at that point, let your injector know- you may need some simple massage of the area, or you may need to followup in person if the filler has migrated or encapsulated. Don't be worried if the filler looks different every day of the first two weeks- that's very normal during the healing process!
