It is hard to know whether just taking the hump down is possible without creating what we call an open roof deformity. Granted, the change you simulated is relatively modest, but it can be the “straight-on” view where a lack of osteotomies to “close the open roof” can be most apparent. Think of a pyramid (your hump) where you take down the top. Now you are left with a trapezoid or a flat spot on the top. The more you take, the more important it is to do osteotomies to recreate that pyramidal / triangular configuration. It is difficult to say without seeing a front view of your nose. The tradeoff of lowering without osteotomies is that the more you lower it, the wider and flatter the bridge of the nose becomes.
